Vito Galati has spent his professional career in the Casino and Gaming Industry leading elite sales teams for one of the largest slot machine manufacturers in the world. Throughout his tenure, Vito and his sales team were responsible for sales totaling over 1.5 billion dollars.
His relentless pursuit of excellence would earn him Senior Director roles leading some of the most talented Sales Executives in the Casino Industry and he was consistently ranked in the Top 10% of People Leaders at his company which had over 6,000 employees globally.
Vito has utilized his leadership experience, sales experience, and coaching experience to help shape and influence the lives of the team he worked with professionally. The foundation of his message is “Pay the Price.” No matter the industry, the product you are selling, or the teams you are leading there will always be a Price of Admission. Through this philosophy, he has helped individuals and organizations identify the standards they need to set in order to achieve greatness, but if we are going to be UNCOMMON we cannot stop at “great”.

Vito lives in St. Louis, MO with his wife, Taran, and their four sons, Anthony, Caiden, Gavin, and Leo. When he is not coaching or speaking he is volunteering his time mentoring youth football players. He has been the President of the Wentzville Jr Eagles Youth Football Program that has mentored hundreds of players in his community. He is also a fitness enthusiast currently on his 199th day of the UNREQUIRED workout with a goal of over 1,000 days in a row.
