Trace Young is a basketball player for the Jackson State Tigers. Trace played at North Hardin High School in his hometown of Owensboro, KY, where he dominated the courts--getting himself a rating as a three-star recruit. Young originally showed interest in HBCUs, but made a surprise decision to go to Alabama State, where he excelled during his second season. With the departure of head coach Mo Williams from Alabama State to jackson State, Trace decided to follow, and hopes to make an immediate impact in the upcoming season.
