Dr. Saphronia R. Johnson is a Certified Scrum Master that serves as the Chief Technical Officer of The Delnai Group, LLC. She is a trained facilitator in compassion integrity, secular ethics, and ministerial leadership. Dr. Johnson is a believer in whole life living and works to identify and mitigate obstacles in living systems. She is an advocate for intentional growth through diversity and inclusion. Moreover, Saphronia is a staunch advocate for Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, and Medical (STEM2) education and career-building in the community. Dr. Johnson is an educator with over 20 years in Higher Education Administrator. She specializing in building community and a sense of belonging in organizations .  In addition, she actively serves on several advisory boards in the Great Atlanta Metropolitan Area and has been recognized for her commitment to the social development of children and families . Saphronia was raised in Berkeley/Oakland, CA, received her B.S. Degree in both Biology and Chemistry from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC, and awarded her Ph.D. in Biomedicinal Chemistry from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, SC.
