Ramu Tokashiki is a Japanese professional basketball player for the JX-Eneos Sunflowers of Japan's WJBL. An accomplished player in Japan, Tokashiki played three years for the Seattle Storm of the WNBA, being named to the All-Rookie Team in 2015. Overseas in Japan, Tokashiki has experienced both team and individual success. In her first season in 2011, Tokashiki not only won Rookie of the Year, but was also named to the Best 5 team and won MVP. With the exception of the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 seasons, the Sunflowers have won the WJBL championship every year since Tokashiki entered the league. Tokashiki is a two-time MBP, two-time playoff MVP, and four-time WJBL Best 5 member. Tokashiki represents Japan in international basketball, winning three FIBA Asia Championship gold medals and competing in the 2016 Rio Olympics.
