Testimonials

“We worked with the Leddin Group to create a leadership conference for our entire healthcare company. Patrick Leddin was our keynote speaker. Patrick led our leaders through the 5 Practices of Impactful Leaders. When Patrick stepped onto the stage, a wave of enthusiasm swept through the audience. He was profoundly engaging, capturing the attention of every individual in attendance. His insights, anecdotes, and practical strategies resonated deeply, providing our leaders with the tools they needed to elevate their performance to new heights. The impact of Patrick's keynote address was palpable. Our leaders left the conference inspired, invigorated, and with a renewed commitment to fulfilling our collective mission of wholeheartedly serving our residents and patients. The attendees were empowered to embrace growth, surpass their potential, and make a lasting impact within our healthcare organization.”

“I recently had the pleasure of hearing Patrick Leddin speak in an intimate setting. He’s a fantastic presenter with insightful, salient content for me both as a business leader and father. Patrick’s was a stand-out session at an all-around highly valuable multi day conference. I was inspired by his actionable insights on how to be a better leader in ways big and small, and how he brings all this to life with engaging stories. In debriefing with colleagues after the event, I heard everyone else recounting having felt a similar impact.”

“Patrick's delivery style is charismatic, energetic, and captivating, ensuring every participant is fully engaged and actively involved in the learning process. His facilitation techniques were particularly effective in our business, where strong leadership is crucial. Through thoughtprovoking discussions, collaborative activities, and skillfully crafted exercises, Patrick fostered meaningful conversations and elicited valuable insights from our team members. The benefits of implementing what Patrick taught us are evident throughout our organization. Our leaders, team members, and the facility have experienced the positive impact of aligning priorities and driving results.”

‘We had Dr. Leddin come in today and speak to our nonprofits in our local area. This was a really cool opportunity because in the past, we've used a lot of local speakers, and a lot of our nonprofits have heard those speakers before. So I really think we had a great crowd to be able to come and hear him for the first time being someone that we brought in from out of town. His presentation was very interactive. So you're not just sitting and listening for an hour. There's lots of tabletop discussions, lots of practical application for our nonprofits, and I really think they enjoyed it thoroughly.”
