Myisha Hines-Allen is a forward currently playing for the Washington Mystics in the WNBA. A Montclair, NJ native, Hines-Allen grew up a WNBA fan, supporting the New York Liberty. While playing high school basketball for Montclair High, she was considered one of the best high school players in New Jersey, as she was a five-star prospect, and was a McDonald's All-American in 2014. She then attended the University of Louisville in 2014, where she was selected to the All-ACC Freshman Team. In her sophomore year, she was voted ACC Player of the Year, as she averaged 17.6 points per game, while shooting 54.7% from the field. After her stay with the Cardinals, Hines-Allen entered the WNBA Draft in 2018, and was selected 19th overall by the Washington Mystics, where in her rookie season, she helped the team, featuring 2019 WNBA MVP Elena Delle Donne, win the WNBA Championship. On August 21, 2020, she dropped a career-high 35 points against the Dallas Wings.
