Dean Muhtadi (A.K.A Mojo Rawley) is a former American professional wrestler and football player. During his sophomore year in college at Christopher Newport University in Virginia, Muhtadi started as a defensive tackle for the Captains. The following year he transferred to the University of Maryland where he holds several of the school's all-time records for strength and speed. Following his college career Muhtadi was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in 2009. He would go on to play one season with the team before signing with the Arizona Cardinals for the 2010 season. Unfortunately, his professional football career was cut short because of a calf injury he sustained during training camp.
In August 2012, Muhtadi joined the WWE and adopted the ring name "Mojo Rawley". His high-energy character is based on the concept of "staying hyped" which allowed him to obtain superhuman achievements. His career in the WWE elapsed almost 10 years as he would be released from the organization in 2021.
In 2022 Muhtadi and longtime friend and business associate Steve Kaye joined forces to create Paragon Talent Group which is a talent agency focused on current and former wrestlers. The group is primarily focused on helping retired WWE wrestlers figure out what to do next after their exit from the sport. In addition to this, they also use athletes' talents and personalities to gain partnerships with brands.
