Mike Willis is an American college football coach and former Princeton offensive lineman, currently serving as the head coach at Marist College, a role he began in December 2023. A key part of four Ivy League championship teams—both as a player and coach—Willis spent nine years on Princeton’s staff, rising from defensive intern in 2015 to offensive coordinator and assistant head coach in 2020. Under his leadership, Princeton’s offense topped the Ivy League in scoring and yardage, including a perfect 2018 campaign and league titles in 2021 and 2022. Known for his offensive innovation and recruiting acumen, he has brought that expertise to Marist, where he aims to build on the program’s legacy. Willis holds a sociology degree from Princeton and lives in Poughkeepsie with his wife Maggie and son Campbell.
