Book Mark O'Neil

Mark O’Neil is a retired U.S. Army veteran who served 33 years in the military before retiring in 2019. O’Neil was involved in many combat operations, serving in the Iraq War as well as the war in Afghanistan. A New York native, Mark attended school at La Salle Institute in Troy. He later graduated from Norwich University in 1986 and earned his commission as an Infantry Officer from Norwich’s ROTC.  

 

Mark would go on to serve an honorable and decorated military career. He served in both staff and command positions in the U.S. Army as well as Special Operations Organizations. O’Neil served as the Commander U.S. Army Alaska, the Executive Officer to the Chief of Staff from 2011 to 2012, the Deputy Commanding General, as well as the Chief of Staff for the US Army Pacific in Hawaii. He has deployed in Bosnia, as well as in Afghanistan and Iraq. 

 

O’Neil now serves on the Advisory board for Staccato 2011 and is the founder of the O’Neil Network which works to help organizations build leaders and function effectively.
