Marcus Buckingham, born in England, is a motivational speaker and author. Buckingham attended the University of Cambridge where he graduated with a degree in Social and Political Science. Buckingham is known for his management training ideas and has written nine books on the subject, including two best sellers in the business genre. His success has been recognized with appearances in the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Forbes, along with being on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, and The View. He is currently the CEO of the Marcus Buckingham Company, a management training company located in California.
