Marc Gasol is a former NBA forward. Originally from Spain, Gasol was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2007 NBA Draft by the Lakers but he was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies before suiting up for the Lakers. Gasol spent 11 seasons with Memphis before being traded to the Toronto Raptors during the 2018/19 season. Gasol and the Raptors won their first NBA Championship in 2019, defeating the Golden State Warriors. Gasol is a 3x All-Star, 1x All-NBA First Team, 1x NBA Defensive Player of the Year, and a 1x NBA Champion. Gasol signed with the Lakers in the 2020 offseason and played with them until 2021.
