Laura Rutledge is a reporter and a host for television networks ESPN and the SEC Network. In addition, she is an American beauty pageant winner who was named Miss Florida in 2012.
She attended the University of Florida and majored in broadcast journalism, where she was also a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. In 2012, Rutledge took the victory in the Miss Florida competition, with her talent being a ballet performance.
She then went on to a career in journalism, first covering Tampa Bay Rays games for Fox, and then San Diego Padres games. Rutledge continued with Fox, and in 2014 was the host of the Coors Light PostGame show on Fox College Football. In addition, she hosted halftime shows for FSN college football games.
Currently, Rutledge works for ESPN, and is most notably the host for the program NFL Live, ESPN’s premier show. She also is featured on the SEC Network’s college football pre-game show “SEC Nation”.
Laura is married to Josh Rutledge, a professional baseball player, and resides in Birmingham, Alabama with Josh and their daughter, Reese.
