Kyu Blu Kelly is a cornerback for the Washington Commanders. He played college football at Stanford University before being drafted by the Ravens with the 157th overall pick in the 2023 NFL draft. During the 2023 season, Kelly then played for the Packers, Seahawks, and ultimately the Commanders. He looks to build on a chaotic rookie season as he finds his way with the Commanders.
Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Kelly played high school football at Bishop Gorman, one of the best programs in the nation. He was ranked as Nevada's 3rd best recruit, and the 48th-best cornerback in the nation. At Stanford, he was named on the 2021 All-Pac-12 second team as a defensive back, and he won Pac-12 Defensive Player of the Week in September 2021. He was also awarded the Gundelach Award in 2021, which recognizes the best junior player on the team
