Josh Emmett is regarded in MMA circles as one of the best power punchers in the UFC's featherweight division, an accolade backed up by an impressive 16-2 record in 18 professional bouts. After dominating the West Coast Fighting Championship in the early 2010s, Josh signed with UFC in 2016 and promptly won his first two decisions. These and later performances earned him another contract with UFC, which he signed in 2020. His most iconic moment as a professional (so far) came in June of that year when he defeated Shane Burgos by unanimous decision despite tearing his ACL in the early rounds of the bout.
