I am an author, speaker, and coach who is on a mission to help people transform their results and start achieving goals that literally astonish them. I believe that everything you aspire to be and achieve is possible, but it all starts inside you. The ironic thing is... I didn’t always believe that. I lived a life filled with anxiety and ultimately the depression that comes as a result. The crazy thing is, I didn't realize it until I was in my mid thirties. Even at that point, making changes didn’t come easy and still was something I didn’t believe possible. But after losing my brother Brian to suicide, and suffering from anxiety attacks that just devastated me, I started on a journey forced upon me because the alternatives were not an option. I am a professional speaker with advanced certifications in Leadership and Communication skills, have experience as a Corporate Trainer, but more importantly, I have walked across fire. Yes, I actually did it at an event I attended, but do it again and again, each time I step through my fear and anxiety and do things I never thought possible. It was at that point, stepping across the burning coals, and stepping through the curtain of fear, I learned just how much of an adversary my own mind was, and started to work in new habits, change my patterns of behavior, and start taking control of my life. That was the start of One Degree of Difference, where I came to realize that change does not need to be massive and daunting. Just making small changes, minor course corrections, are enough to get you to a new result, and with each degree change, comes a new perspective, and accordingly, new results. I have used my personal and professional experience to help people in many areas of their lives, from personal coaching to business training and communication skills. I show people that the biggest results very often start with the smallest of steps. As for me, I am doing things I never thought possible, from acting, to speaking, and when I’m not helping others achieve their goals, I’m at home with my beautiful wife and our grown children who, yes, still come by and visit frequently. Life is good!
