Jarrett Stidham is a quarterback for the Denver Broncos. he formerly played for the New England Patriots franchise in the National Football League. From Texas, Stidham attended Stephenville High School where he played quarterback. His senior season, Stidham threw for just under 3,000 yards and 35 touchdowns, while rushing for nearly 1,000 yards and 15 touchdowns. He earned a four-star recruit status and was ranked by Rivals.com as the sixth-best dual-threat quarterback in his recruiting class.
Stidham attended Baylor University to begin his college playing career. After entering his freshman season second on the depth chart, he took over as the starter in week 8. He suffered a back injury in his second start, and then hand and ankle injuries the following week, ending his season. Following a turbulent off-season for the Baylor program, Stidham transferred to Auburn University where he was named the starting quarterback for the 2017 season, in which he defeated top-ranked Georgia and Alabama and led the Tigers to an SEC West Division Championship.
