Geno Atkins Jr. is a defensive tackle for the Cincinnati Bengals of the NFL. He played college football at Georgia, and was drafted by the Bengals in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft. Atkins has twice been selected to the First Team All-Pro and is an eight-time Pro Bowler. During his freshman year at the University of Georgia, Atkins learned he suffers from Sickle cell trait but he did not let it stop him from achieving his goals.
Geno and his wife Kristen are hugely philanthropic - and Geno has been a finalist for numerous NFLPA community awards over the last two years.
