Book Gary Bradt

My name is Dr. Gary Bradt, and I am passionate about helping leaders and organizations adapt to change faster and better. I am a clinical psychologist and entrepreneur, but my passion for change was born along with my first child. Carson entered life with a badly damaged heart. He had open-heart surgery at the age of four months and emergency open-heart surgery three weeks later. Watching Carson fight for every breath taught me that no matter the obstacles life throws your way, you can grow where you're planted. You just have to know what steps to take. I began speaking on change when Spencer Johnson asked me to be the leading speaker for his phenomenal best-seller, Who Moved My Cheese? Over three-hundred keynotes later, for clients like FedEx, eBay, and Coca-Cola, I am as passionate as ever. My goal is not only to inspire people to change but to give them the practical tools they need and to show them how.
