Evan Mathis is a former NFL offensive lineman who played for 12 seasons in the NFL. Originally a 3rd-round pick in the 2005 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers, Mathis rose to fame as a member of the Philadelphia Eagles, with whom he spent four seasons. As a member of the Eagles, Mathis was rated as the best guard in football according to Pro Football Focus for the 2011, 2012, and 2013 seasons, and was the second-best guard in the 2014 season. In 2013, Mathis was voted first-team All-Pro. Mathis is also a Super Bowl champion, winning Super Bowl 50 as a member of the Denver Broncos.
