Evan Bush is a goalkeeper for the Columbus Crew. The Cleveland, Ohio native played college soccer at national powerhouse Akron, and after a few seasons in the lower divisions, Evan signed with the Montreal Impact of Major League Soccer in 2011. Evan earned the 2014-15 Concacaf Champions League Golden Glove award, leading Montreal to the final vs. Mexican powerhouse Club América in a remarkable run for both Evan and his club. After ten years and 176 MLS appearances for the Impact, Evan was traded to Vancouver in 2020 and then Columbus after the season ended, and he re-signed with the Crew in January 2022. Evan has won 3 Canadian Cups with Montreal and one Campeones Cup with the Crew.
Off the pitch, Evan enjoys spending time with his family. Evan has been married for 10 years and has three kids: Isabella, Canaan and Brooklyn. Evan has a Marketing Management degree from Akron, and an MBA in Sports Management from Southern New Hampshire University. Evan also holds his US Soccer B Coaching License, and he’s always eager to mentor young athletes as well as be involved in his community.
