Emmanuel Ogbah plays defensive end for the Miami Dolphins. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, Ogbah moved to Houston, Texas at age 9 and immediately fell in love with football. He committed to play at Oklahoma State, where he starred from 2013-15. Ogbah was the Big-12 Defensive Lineman of the Year in 2014 after a monster season with 49 tackles and 11 sacks. In the 2016 NFL Draft, he was taken with the 32nd overall pick by the Cleveland Browns. In his rookie season, Ogbah started all 16 games for the Browns and recorded a team-high 5.5 sacks. In 2019, Ogbah was traded to the Kansas City Chiefs. Despite missing a significant amount of time due to injury, he tied his career-high in sacks with 5.5 and recorded 32 tackles as a member of the team that won Super Bowl LIV. In 2020, Ogbah signed a two-year deal with the Miami Dolphins. He had a streak in 2020 of six consecutive games with a full sack, which is the second-longest of its kind in Dolphins history.
