Corinne Milien is a steadfast servant-leader with numerous experiences focusing on solutions to increase diversity and inclusion within the workforce and advance professional leadership opportunities for the underrepresented.
As Managing Director for the Pro Sports Assembly, Corinne leads the membership, partnership, and programming efforts to advance the mission of uniting leaders to advance and deliver a fair future for all in the professional sports industry including teams, leagues, unions, and venues. In parallel to this role, Corinne serves as the Co-founder and Executive Director of The Winning Edge Leadership Academy, a 501c3 organization empowering and creating a community of influence for the next generation of women and minorities in the sports and entertainment industry. In 2022 Corinne launched WRK, a platform to make attracting talent, assessing candidates, and hiring leadership more inclusive.
Corinne’s past experiences in the sports industry include working as a Graduate Assistant for the legendary Coach Pat Summit of The University of Tennessee, as well as working as an Events Supervisor for ESPN where she managed several of the company’s preeminently owned and operated athletic contests and events.
Corinne is a veteran, having served honorably in the US Air Force before attending the United States Air Force Academy. She holds a B.A. (Bemidji State University) and M.A.degree in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee.
As the proud daughter of Haitian immigrants, Corinne stays true to her roots and maintains a relentless work ethic in all endeavors, consistently devoting her infectious energy towards “doing good” for others and ultimately paying it forward to level the playing field for all.
