Christine Williamson enters her second season with ESPN as a host and reporter. Williamson hosts the NBA digital show “Hoop Streams” as well as Sportscenter on Snapchat. She also contributes on the linear front, hosting Sportscenter updates each week.
Prior to joining ESPN, Williamson worked with the Big 12 Conference as a Digital Correspondent. Williamson was an on-camera host and created digital content for the Big 12 Conference’s website, Big12Sports.com, and social media platforms. She also served as an in-game host during Big 12 Football and Men’s and Women’s Basketball Championships.
Prior to her time at Big 12, Williamson worked for Campus Insiders as a Big 12 Digital Correspondent and was working at the Big 12 Conference office serving in a similar capacity. Before moving to Texas, she worked for the Super Bowl 50 Champion Broncos in Denver as a Digital Contributor, writing articles, creating video content and assisting in the management of their social media platforms.
The Tampa, Florida native graduated from the University of Miami in 2011 with a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism. Williamson was also a scholarship student-athlete on the volleyball team. After her time in Miami, she spent two years as a graduate assistant in the athletics department at Clemson University, where she studied Communications, Technology & Society and served as an in-game host, reporter, and sports contact.
