Christianna (Chrissy) Carr is a guard who currently plays for Syracuse University. She is the daughter of former NBA player, Chris Carr. Born in Eden Prairie, MN, Carr grew up in Manhattan, Kansas, where she flourished playing high school basketball. She was a finalist for both 2018 Gatorade Player of the Year (Kansas) and 2018 Miss Kansas Basketball. She was scouted as the No. 3 wing in the nation (by Prospects Nation) in her class. She then attended Kansas State University, where she made the 2019 Big 12 All-Freshman Team, averaging 9.8 points per game. She was also the fourth player in program history to score 20 or more points in an NCAA Tournament game as a freshman. She was also a 2021 All-Big 12 Honorable Mention in her junior season, as her scoring output improved greatly, averaging 15.2 points per game. Carr is now with the Orange as a grad-transfer, preparing for a stellar season.
