Chad Hedrick is an inline speed skater and ice speed skater from Spring, Texas. Chad was originally a speed skater and switched over to ice speed skating after watching another inline skater win in the 2002 Winter Olympics.
Already dominating speed skating where he won 4 medals including 3 goals at the World Games, he began to prepare for the 2006 Olympic Games in Turin. During the Turin games, Hedrick won gold, silver, and bronze medals. During the 2010 games in Vancouver, Hedirkc won bronze and helped the Americans to a silver medal in the team pursuit.
