Caleb Williams is an active American football quarterback playing for the Chicago Bears. Williams played at the University of Southern California for two seasons before being drafted first overall in the 2024 NFL draft. Before his time at the University of Southern California, he spent a year playing for the Oklahoma Sooners in 2021 before transferring. In 2022, as a sophomore at USC, Williams had a successful season, throwing for 4,075 yards while achieving a new university record of 47 total touchdowns. At the end of the season, Williams was selected as the AP College Football Player of the Year and became the newest Heisman Trophy winner for USC.
Before his collegiate career, Williams was highly acclaimed in high school, as he won the Washington Catholic Athletic Conference championship with Gonzaga High School and was named the Washington, D.C., Gatorade Football Player of the Year.
Williams is considered to be one of the top rookie quarterbacks in the NFL and is expected to have a promising career at the professional level.
