Brionna Jones is a center for the Connecticut Sun of the WNBA. A four-year player at the University of Maryland, Jones was the 8th overall pick in the 2017 WNBA Draft. Jones' breakout came in the WNBA Bubble in 2020, and she carried that momentum into a breakout 2021 season. Jones averages 14.7 points 7.3 rebounds per game while starting all 32 of the Sun's games. Jones was a 2021 WNBA All-Star, and was also named 2021 WNBA Most Improved Player, and was named to the WNBA All-Defensive Second Team. Jones has also played for USK Prague in the Czech Republic. Jones was also a member of the USA 3x3 Basketball team at the 2021 FIBA 3x3 AmeriCup.
