Bria Holmes is a guard who last played for the Las Vegas Aces in the WNBA. A New Haven, CT native, Holmes went to high school in Hillhouse High School (CT), where she helped the school to win three straight titles. She was seen as the #1 player in Connecticut by the ESPN 2012 recruiting class. She attended West Vriginia University and achieved a lot during her time with the Mountaineers. She is a 3-time unanimous First Team All-Big 12 selection and has scored 500+ points in three consecutive seasons, a feat that has previously never been accomplished in school history. Holmes was selected with the 11th pick in the 2016 WNBA Draft by the Atlanta Dream, where she played 32 games and averaged 7.5 points per game. She has played for four teams, as she was traded from the Dream to the Connecticut Sun in 2018, and was then signed by the Los Angeles Sparks in 2021, and then later played for the Las Vegas Aces in the same year.
