Throughout his career, he had stops with the Atlanta Braves, Pittsburgh Pirates, Boston Red Sox's, Arizona Diamondbacks, Washington Nationals, and the Chicago White Sox. His accolades include winning the Gold Glove Award (2012) as well as the Silver Slugger Award (2012).
