Aaron Brooks is a former NBA point guard for the Houston Rockets. Along with playing with the Rockets, Brooks also played for the Phoenix Suns, Denver Nuggets, Chicago Bulls, Indiana Pacers, and the Minnesota Timberwolves. Brooks was drafted 26th overall in the 2007 NBA Draft by the Houston Rockets. Brooks won the NBA Most Improved Player Award with the Houston Rockets in 2010. Brooks played four seasons of college basketball at the University of Oregon, where he won First-Team All-PAC-10. Brooks was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, where he was friends with NBA star, Nate Robinson. Brooks is now a two-way liaison for the New York Knicks.
