From the Dominican Republic, Aalyah came to the States to play high school basketball in Tennessee. She was a 5-star recruit and listed as the No. 7 player in the 2023 class. She represented Team USA in the 2022 FIBA U18 Americas Championship where she won gold. Del Rosario committed to play at LSU in 2023 and finished her freshman season earning a spot on the SEC All-Freshman team. She looks to continue her success as she starts her second season at LSU this fall.
