Athletes/Agents

Engage works hand in hand with athletes and their agents to help generate deal flow, maintain compliance, vet contracts, and ensure the athlete is always getting the best terms. Our wide network of agency and brand partners give us unique insight into what fair market value is and how athletes can maximize their NIL. Agencies and athletes use Engage to support their marketing efforts and source deals large and small. Athletes on our roster have done deals with Dick's Sporting Goods, Dunkin Donuts, University Fancards, Epic Games and more. 

Engage has worked with everyone from college basketball star Armando Bacot to athletes at smaller schools playing non-revenue sports. The Engage platform is completely free for athletes and agents and has no exclusivity. In addition, our platform tracks the athlete's earnings and automatically sends them a 1099 at the end of each year. 

Brands

Brands of all sizes trust the Engage team to help them find the perfect athletes for their campaign and craft a plan to maximize engagement and reach. Engage provides a unique combination of technology and service. The platform allows brands to negotiate directly with any college athlete they are interested in. Engage does not charge brands a retainer or a sign up fee, and only charges a commission on deals booked. Collectives

Engage works with collectives to help them run sustainably and compliantly. The Engage platform makes it seamless to keep track of payments to athletes, monitor completion of all their deliverables, and disclose deals to compliance. In addition, Engage's ability to source deals for student athletes provides a crucial ancillary revenue stream that helps collectives operate sustainably.

Engage can also work with collectives to help draft compliant contracts, source charities for appearances, and provide education to student athletes on brand building, finance, public speaking and more.
