About Declan McManus
Declan joined Engage as an intern in August 2021. He worked his way up from that role to a part-time position while he finished his education at Vanderbilt University. After graduating in May 2023, he joined Engage full-time as the Director of Sales & Talent and our first non-founder employee.
Declan's responsibilities include leading day to day sales & account management, talent management and new talent onboarding, marketing, operations, and product development. He is based in Chicago, IL.
